- Owned end-to-end program roadmaps across financial systems, AI, compliance, and ESG workstreams, defining success criteria, managing cross-functional dependencies, and driving delivery across finance, engineering, and operations teams
- Drove AI-enabled analytics strategy, implementing a multi-model LLM environment using Azure OpenAI and RAG architecture for natural-language access to the enterprise data lake. Analysts query the full global dataset in plain language without a BI request cycle.
